I could not be happier. The artists were EXTREMELY good at their job. They communicated very efficiently and effectively. There were a couple of drafts back and forth and they worked with me to get it exactly as I wanted at no extra charge. The final product was shipped and here in time and looked just like the mock-ups. Extremely high quality product, too. The printing was exquisite, crisp, clear - no blurry or pixelated, no bleeding, etc. The next banner I need will definitely be from BannerBuzz. I cannot rave enough about what a good job they did. I am extremely pleased!

Terrible customer service. I was
Terrible customer service. I was given the wrong order. Not once, but three times. They hire people with the thickest accents so it’s almost impossible to understand what they’re saying. I’m sticking with American small business ownerships from now on. Quality wise, this is the only reason I’m giving three stars is because of the quality of the work. Don’t order from this company unless you want mistakes, terrible customer service and miscommunication because of non-American language. Also, I don’t care how racist this sounds. It’s what I received.

item never arrived, even though I paid extra for Priority Shipping and received a notice it had shipped two days before delivery date. Please notify me when my item will be shipped and refund me the priorty shipping cost. Time was of the essence for this banner, and it is the reason I chose BannerBuzz. Thank you.

Product is fine, process a bit lacking.
The banner itself turned out fine, however the communication on proofs and order timelines before the order shipped were a bit lacking. I would order again but not if I were on a tight timeline as I had to call, chat and email several times to even get a proof for over a week when you are supposed to receive a proof within 24-48 hrs. Many of the customer service emails also do not even work so that was a bit challenging.

Late Delivery + Horrible Customer Service
The banner we ordered for a specific event arrived 3 days late, even though we paid extra for priority shipping. Since we were not able to use it for our event, we asked for return/refund and were denied. Horrible customer service! We will never order from this company again.
